The App provides only interval training timer functionality and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any exercise program, please consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you:
- Have chronic conditions or physical limitations
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication
- Have been inactive for an extended period
Any health risks arising from use of the App are assumed by the user. If you experience discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical assistance.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- The App does not create accounts, therefore no personal information is stored on servers
- Purchase information is provided and retained by Apple and RevenueCat
- Preference settings are stored on your device; deleting the App removes all local data
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained to improve App performance
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13. Since the App does not collect any personal information, there is no issue of children's data collection.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data security, including:
- All data is stored on your device, protected by iOS system security mechanisms
- We cannot access any data on your device
- Deleting the App will simultaneously delete all local data
